This same duel occurs again until the monster is not defeated or you make it to the first reel, where the final duel will occur. If you win the duel in the leftmost reel, you’ll collect both multipliers shown.
The Curse Bonus

The Tomb Bonus

The only way of opening those closed reels back up is to land either the unlock symbol on each locked reel or the Golden Unlock symbol on an unlocked reel.
